Hi, I’m Camille.  For years I struggled with food and body obsession.  My worth was wrapped up in what I ate, how much I exercised, what I looked like, and the number on the scale.  God led me to find Intuitive Eating and it truly changed my life.  He showed me that I actually did NOT have to control everything- that HE had given me the innate signals to lead a healthy life- diet-free.  He also lifted the veil off of my eyes and showed me that I had become a slave in a culture that has caused women to become so fixated on how they look that they lose sight of their God-given purpose. Since then, I have felt God calling me to help other women see that they are worth more than how they look or how well they follow their meal plans or stick to their workouts- they are worthy because of Him.  My hope and prayer is that I can help women break free from dieting, binging, and constant weight cycling and find true freedom so they can live the life God wants for them.  We are worth more than what our bodies look like- all created uniquely in His image.  Join me and find a healthier lifestyle free from dieting and grow closer to Christ.

Intuitive Eating is a non-diet and body neutral approach to health. Through the 10 Intuitive Eating Principles, one is able to become more attuned to their body and find their set point weight- the natural, healthy body weight that God gave them. We cannot fight our genetics. And studies show that the more we fight our body, the more we damage our metabolism. Over 95% of people who intentionally try to lose weight through food restriction and exercise eventually gain back the weight (often times more) within 1-3 years. Weight cycling (gaining and losing and gaining..) is detrimental to our health. Weight loss through restriction is not sustainable and can even lead to the development of an eating disorder. This is why so many people are left with so much guilt and shame after dieting. After going through years of disordered eating and the diet/binge cycle myself, I finally reached my breaking point. God showed me another grace-filled approach to health. I finally started to eat while honoring my hunger and fullness, stopped binging, and found the right motives for moving my body.
